Paula is a fully qualified Reflexologist, Reiki Master and Aromatherapist working for 18 years as a therapist in North Dorset.

After recently moving across the border to Wiltshire, I am looking to   offer mobile Reflexology in and around the Chalke Valley.

Reflexology is designed to reduce tension, promote relaxation and   enhance your overall health and wellbeing.

Reflexology involves using gentle pressure on specific points on the feet to bring about balance, harmony and healing in the body. Reflexology is a very safe and effective therapy for people of all ages and for a great number of conditions.
